Transform, disturb, arrange

In music, arranging means dressing up a melody, finding the right chords and counter-chords. Sometimes "arranging" can mean "disturbing", taking a theme and transforming it. You discover a new relief. Unprecedented. 

In the theater, the arrangement could consist in seeking out the counterpoints, accents and stakes of a journey, an experience, a testimony, an event, and illuminating new contours. Our proposals are based on reality. 

Words are written, arranged and chosen to be spoken, and their musical, often playful dimension is revealed through the voice of the actor, who in turn "arranges", invents, disturbs, transforms and enjoys himself.

Our efforts would then be concentrated in a sort of chain of arrangements until we reach the simplest formula: let's make sure that theater reaches everyone.

The company

Focused on theatrical creation and its accessibility to all audiences, attached to a high standard of writing and precision in acting and directing, eager to tackle new questions and curious about encounters, Theater Arrangement was founded in Auxerre in September 2013. 

Her associate artist, Valérie Durinactress, author and director, works in Burgundy, in Yonne at the Conservatoire d'Auxerre, the Théâtre d'Auxerre scène conventionnée, the Skenet°Eau espace culturel de Monéteau, the Maison d'Arrêt d'Auxerre, the Joux-la-ville detention center, with the SPIP de l'Yonne (Auxerre and Sens), the PJJ de Troyes, the Université de Bourgogne, as well as in lycées option théâtre, in schools and for professional training.
